Lighthouse Center Bakery started baking bread in a simple wood-fired brick-and-cob oven in the hills of southern Oregon. We’ve been baking bread this old-fashioned way since 1998 and selling our bread and other baked goods at local farmers’ markets since several years . In 2009, we built our 4th brick oven and opened a bakery, café, and store in Umpqua! We warmly welcome you and thank you for your kind and generous support.
